POSITION #1:
ASSISTANT STUDIO MANAGER - PART TIME
We have an immediate opening
for a part time Assistant Studio Manager to assist manager and
owner and learn the wedding
business, alternating between our Cincinnati and Dayton
locations.
This unique position requires an individual qualified and willing to assist
the studio manager in all aspects of the studio including
NEW WEDDING BOOKINGS, CUSTOMER SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, MISC OFFICE DUTIES AND PRODUCTION.
Applicants must have experience
in and be highly proficient at retail or service sales and
customer service.
Experience in a wedding or
portrait studio is preferred and a knowledge of PhotoShop is
helpful.
Experience as a digital
wedding photographer is also extremely helpful.
Although this position will
start as a part time (20 hour per week) job, we are looking for
someone who will start out as an assistant manager and train to
become a sales and office manger of one of our two locations.
Applicant must provide their
own transportation and be willing to alternate between our
Cincinnati and Dayton locations and be willing to work
afternoons, evenings and Saturdays.

Duties include:
-
Selling our wedding
photography service to new Brides.

Answering Phones.
-
Making Appointments.
-
Managing and responding
to web site requests for information on our services.

Pre-selling our
wedding services to prospective Bride's by phone.
-
Maintaining studio
database and software systems.
-
Handling customer
service issues.
-
Coordinating several
dozen staff photographers' schedules
-
Taking customer
orders.
-
Etc.
This position is
available immediately!
Although this
position is part time, it may develop into full time.
